Everything is hand-made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for us to make and dispatch your order from Lithuania. Larger orders — for example 20–30 of the same item — are made in small batches and can take a little longer; we'll always keep you posted. Delivery across the Baltics then usually takes 2–5 business days. Unused items can be returned within 14 days — just get in touch and we'll help.

Simple care to keep your coaster looking its best.

Everyday use

Rest the felt or cork-backed side down to protect your surfaces from heat, moisture and scratches.
Ideal for everyday warm mugs, cups and glasses. It is not intended for very hot cookware taken straight from the hob or oven.
Wipe up spills promptly to help prevent staining.

Cleaning

Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth and dry immediately.
Do not soak, submerge or place it in the dishwasher.
Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents and abrasive scourers, which can dull the finish.

Storage and care

Store flat in a dry place. Prolonged damp can warp or discolour natural materials.
Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve the colour.
Small natural variations in colour, pattern and texture are normal and make each piece unique.
