Shipping policy
We ship across the European Union, including Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Germany, and other EU countries served by our courier network.
Processing time
Each item is handmade to order. Once your purchase is confirmed, we begin production, and your order will be processed and dispatched within 3–8 business days.
Shipping method
We ship all orders using the courier that best suits the delivery destination — this may include DPD, Omniva, LP Express, or other reputable carriers operating across Europe. To keep delivery efficient and shipping costs reasonable, we choose whether your order is delivered directly to your home address or to the nearest parcel locker or pickup point to the address you provide at checkout. You'll always receive tracking details by email so you know exactly where your order is and how to collect it.

- Poland, Germany, and other EU destinations: 3–8 business days

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel's journey and, where available, redirect it to a different pickup point using the carrier's own tools.
Customs & duties
As we ship only within the EU, there are no customs charges or import duties on your order.
Fragile items
Some of our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@glowbaltic.com within 14 days of delivery, along with photos of the damage and packaging.
