When your candle has burned down, the bowl doesn't have to end up in a drawer. Send it back to us and we'll refill it with fresh wax in the colour and scent you choose, then send it home to you.

How it works

  1. Send a request

    Fill in the form with the wax colour, scent and any details you wish. We reply with the price and the address to send your bowl to.

  2. Send your bowl

    Pack it carefully and post it to us. Please include your name and order number in the parcel.

  3. We refill it

    We clean the bowl and pour fresh wax to your choices, then let it set properly before it travels again.

  4. It comes home

    We send your refilled bowl back to you, wrapped for the journey.

Which bowls can be refilled?

Any decorative bowl bought from GlowBaltic, whether you bought it as a candle in a container or as an empty bowl. At the moment we refill only bowls we made.

When should I send it in?

When the wax has burned down and about 1 cm is left. Please do not burn it to the very bottom. There is no rush: send it whenever you are ready.

How much does a refill cost?

The price depends on the size of your bowl, the wax colour you choose and the scent, if you select one. We'll tell you the exact price before you send anything.

How do I pack the bowl?

Wrap it well in paper or bubble wrap and use a sturdy box so the bowl cannot move. Add your name and order number inside.

How long does it take?

We refill it within 2 days of receiving your bowl. Delivery time on top depends on where you live.

Can I change the scent or the colour?

Yes. A refill is a good moment to try something new. Choose your colour and scent in the form.

What if my bowl is chipped or cracked?

Tell us in the form. We may ask you for a photo when we reply. A damaged bowl may not be safe to refill; we will tell you before we start anything.
