How it works

  1. Tell us your idea

    Send the form below. We reply to tell you whether we can make it.

  2. You pay 50% to start

    If we can make it, we agree the details and the price. You pay 50% upfront, and we create a visualization of your product.

  3. You approve and pay the rest

    We send you the visualization. When you approve it, you pay the remaining 50% and we start production. If it isn't right, we rework it or refund you.

  4. We make it and send it

    Each piece is made by hand in Lithuania, packed carefully and sent to your door.

What can I order?

Themed candles, sets for gifts and events, custom wax colours and scents, and bowls or decor pieces. If your idea is something else, ask us.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the size, the amount of work, the wax colour and the scent. We will tell you the exact price before we make anything.

How does payment work?

Once we have agreed that we can make your order, you pay 50% upfront. Then we create a visualization of your product. When you approve it, you pay the remaining 50% and we start production.

How long does it take?

It depends on the order. We will give you a date when we agree the details.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single piece.

Can I send pictures or links?

Yes, please do. Paste a link in the form, or reply to our email with pictures.

Can I get a refund on a custom order?

If you don't like the visualization, tell us. We will agree together whether to rework it or to refund your payment. Once you approve the visualization and pay the remaining 50%, we start production and the order is no longer refundable. The only exception is if order was damaged during shipping: if your order arrives damaged, please contact us.
