The Confetti candle is hand-poured rapeseed wax in a solid base color, with irregular red wax fragments scattered throughout the body — distinct chip-like pieces rather than a swirled or marbled effect, so no two candles pattern quite the same way. A tall, gently tapered silhouette keeps it in line with the rest of the taper family.

Rapeseed wax for solid candles (POLYCERIN)
Our standalone candles are poured from high-quality POLYCERIN rapeseed wax — a carefully selected blend of hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated rapeseed oil, purpose-built for freestanding candles. It's a biodegradable, non-toxic wax made from rapeseed grown in Europe. The product is not classified as hazardous under Germany's Hazardous Substances Ordinance (GefStoffV), and the raw materials used in production comply with REACH requirements — either registered or exempt from registration.
This wax is firmer than soy wax, making it ideal for freestanding candles without a container, and its burning characteristics resemble those of conventional paraffin candles. It offers excellent scent retention and creates a beautiful, porcelain-like surface.

Everything is hand-made to order, so please allow 2–5 business days for us to make and dispatch your order from Lithuania. Larger orders — for example 20–30 of the same item — are made in small batches and can take a little longer; we'll always keep you posted. Delivery then takes 1–5 business days across the Baltics and 3–8 business days to the rest of the EU. Unused items can be returned within 14 days — just get in touch and we'll help.

How to use and care for your standalone candle safely.
About your candle
- These are standalone candles — long thin tapers, pillars or shaped candles. They burn without a container, so they need a proper holder or coaster.
- Always choose a stable, heat-resistant holder or coaster that the candle fits snugly and stands upright in. Standalone candles can drip, so use a holder with a drip tray or stand it on a heatproof surface.
- Protect your furniture from heat and wax — do not place the candle directly on wooden or other heat-sensitive surfaces without protection.
Getting started
- Trim the wick to about 5 mm before every burn — this gives a more even flame with less smoke.
- Stand the candle upright on a level surface so it burns evenly and the wax does not drip to one side.
- Thin and shaped candles burn faster and can burn unevenly, so watch them more closely, especially towards the end.
Safety
- Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it within sight.
- Keep it away from draughts — these make thin candles drip, smoke and burn unevenly.
- Keep away from anything flammable: curtains, books, bedding and decorations.
- Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
- Do not move or carry the candle while it is lit or until the wax has cooled.
- Put the candle out while about 2 cm still remains above the holder — otherwise the holder or surface can overheat.
Putting it out and storing
- Extinguish the candle with a snuffer, or by briefly dipping the wick into the melted wax and straightening it again. Do not blow it out — you may spatter hot wax; never use water.
- Let the candle cool completely before moving it.
- Store it upright or lying flat in a cool, dry place away from sunlight — heat can make thin candles bend or soften.
